1) Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

2) We will not be liable for any losses/damages caused during the delivery.

3) Sale is done on a first come first serve basis.

4) No COD available

5) Prices stated are excluding postage unless mentioned specifically.

6) Postal rates are as follows:

Non - Standard Mail:
West Malaysia --> RM4 for first 2 books
East Malaysia --> RM6 for first 2 books
(+RM1 for each additional book)

POSLAJU:
West Malaysia --> RM8 for first 2 books
East Malaysia --> RM10 for first 2 books
(+RM2 for each additional book)

Additional charges will be applied for heavier books, depending on its weight.

We accept requests for registered post, but additional charges will be applied.
